The operator of OurTeeth (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") establishes the following policy regarding the handling of user information collected in this application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

• User-Provided Information: Profile (nickname, etc.), dental records (tooth loss records, treatment notes, etc.), dental expense information (Financial Info), name, and email address provided during inquiries.
• User Content (Images): Profile images, images of receipts for treatments, and commemorative photos such as baby teeth.
• Automatically Collected Information:
  • Identifiers: User ID for account management, Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Device ID.
  • Usage Data: Advertising data, browsing history, product interactions.
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance data, other diagnostic data.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used primarily for the following purposes:

• To provide App features (data recording, backup, synchronization, health management)
• To respond to user inquiries
• To analyze app usage (Analytics) and improve quality
• To deliver advertisements (including personalized ads) and measure ad performance
• To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure security

3. Ad Distribution and Analytics Tools

This app uses Google AdMob for advertising, Firebase Analytics and Google Crashlytics for usage analysis, and RevenueCat for revenue management.

These tools may collect information such as device IDs, advertising data, and diagnostic data, which may be associated with your personal information. This data collection may include "tracking," but it is used solely for the purpose of improving the user experience and delivering appropriate advertisements.

4. Affiliate Programs

This app participates in affiliate programs such as Rakuten Affiliate. When a product is purchased through a link in the app, data such as browsing history may be used by the link destination operator for performance measurement.

5. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing

The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. However, the Operator may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, such as storing data in cloud storage (Google Cloud Platform, etc.).

6. Security Management

The Operator takes appropriate measures to prevent the leakage of data. When a user utilizes the account deletion feature within the app, data on the server will also be deleted.

7. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or usefulness of the App. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Operator will change this policy as necessary. The amended policy shall become effective from the time it is posted within the App.
